Job Summary & Major Responsibilities
The selected candidate will lead the bank’s collection and recovery operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategy and management: Lead, strategize and manage centralized collection operations to control delinquency and NPLs, achieve collection targets and reduce roll-forward rates countrywide.
- Team management: Handle manpower planning, rostering, performance management and retention through a strong performance culture.
- Portfolio analysis: Analyze collection reports, data cuts and portfolio trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Calling strategy: Review bucket-wise movements, vintage trends, promise kept rates and flow rates to refine calling strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure the entire tele-operation works within the approved collection policy and code of conduct.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university (local or foreign). Master’s, MS or BS degrees may be preferred.
- Age limit: Up to 55 years as on the date of application.
- Experience: Minimum 9 years of relevant banking or non-banking experience.
